Coaching & Transformation

I work one-on-one with executives, managers and personnel to develop exceptional leadership skills, solve personal and interpersonal issues and create a culture of integrity and accountability within themselves and the company. My experience as a business owner and coach allow me to see the deeper issues that are creating the problems and challenges for the leader and organization. One of my strengths is being able to get at the heart of a matter quickly, even when an issue is not obvious. The opportunity to speak about things that are usually left unsaid is not common in today’s business environment. Yet, this is the very thing that must be done in order to create real change. I provide a safe and secure space to allow individuals and groups to go deep and open up to their real feelings and thoughts that lead us to real sustainable growth and change.

What is culture in business

Culture is the visible and invisible energy, and its effects are far reaching. Culture is an energy force that becomes woven through the thinking, behavior, and identity of those within the group.

Culture is automatically created out of the combined thoughts, energies, and attitudes of the people in the group. The cultural core of a company is composed of the beliefs, values, standards, paradigms, moods, internal conversations, and private conversations of the people that are part of the group. This is the foundation for all actions and decisions within a team, department, or organization.

What is the culture of your company? Is it based on truth, empowerment, co-creation and collaboration? Or, is it drive by overt or covert fear, power and control? The truth of this question is important; the long term success or failure of the organization is based on this.

 

Service leadership

Service leadership encourages leaders to serve others while staying focused on achieving results in line with the organization's vision and values.

Service leadership supports collaboration, trust, and empowerment of every team member. Their objective is to create and support a culture of trust and openness that encourages the creative intelligence and expression of individuals in the organization in order to accomplish the goals and vision of the company.

  • Believe in and support the achievement of the companies goals, vision and values
  • Focus on meeting the needs of those they lead
  • Develop employees to bring out the best in them
  • Coach others and encourage their creativity and self expression

Our approach to engaging clients

  • We meet with individuals or companies who are interested in changing the way in which they relate to themselves, their company and the business as a whole. We determine if there is a good fit for both parties.
  • We conduct a discovery and or assessment of the individual and company in order to achieve a deeper understanding of the issues and challenges facing the leadership and company as a whole.
  • We share the results of the discovery. Purpose a plan and path forward that may include:
    • Agreed upon goals, outcomes and metrics of success
    • Individual professional development plans
    • Individual performance expectations
    • Team performance expectations
  • We implement the plan via:
    • One-on-One coaching and mentoring
    • Provide coaching and feedback on professional and personal development
    • Provide tools and support in accountability
    • Delivering specific training that supports the clients development needs
    • Teach and model new leadership principles
    • Provide live feedback and coaching in the moment
