
I work one-on-one with executives, managers and personnel to develop exceptional leadership skills, solve personal and interpersonal issues and create a culture of integrity and accountability within themselves and the company. My experience as a business owner and coach allow me to see the deeper issues that are creating the problems and challenges for the leader and organization. One of my strengths is being able to get at the heart of a matter quickly, even when an issue is not obvious. The opportunity to speak about things that are usually left unsaid is not common in today’s business environment. Yet, this is the very thing that must be done in order to create real change. I provide a safe and secure space to allow individuals and groups to go deep and open up to their real feelings and thoughts that lead us to real sustainable growth and change.

Culture is the visible and invisible energy, and its effects are far reaching. Culture is an energy force that becomes woven through the thinking, behavior, and identity of those within the group.
Culture is automatically created out of the combined thoughts, energies, and attitudes of the people in the group. The cultural core of a company is composed of the beliefs, values, standards, paradigms, moods, internal conversations, and private conversations of the people that are part of the group. This is the foundation for all actions and decisions within a team, department, or organization.
