I am a Personal and Professional leadership and business development coach. I have extensive entrepreneurial experience and success. I help individuals and organizations recognize and actualize their greatest potential. I bring a compassionate, direct, truth telling candor to my coaching. I have an ability to build trust and safety quickly with clients. One of my strengths is being able to get at the heart of a matter quickly, even when an issue is not clear or appears to be something else.
My nature is open and easy going; my coaching style is respectful and direct. This style creates an environment in which clients can speak their truth and receive feedback and perspectives they wouldn't hear from others.
I believe that healing and empowerment comes from within my clients; I simply facilitate the process. My role is to provide the environment, encouragement and accountability for getting clarity on core issues, committing to a new vision or life plan, and then supporting you in achieving your goals.
My experience as a business owner and coach allow me to see the deeper issues that are creating challenges for the leader and organization. One of my strengths is being able to get at the heart of a matter quickly, even when an issue is not obvious. The opportunity to speak about things that are usually left unsaid is not common in today’s business environment. Yet, this is the very thing that must be done in order to create real change. I provide a safe and secure space to allow individuals and groups to go deep and open up to their real feelings, thoughts and creativity that lead us to real sustainable growth and change.
