I’m Chris Sarris and I bring a compassionate, direct, truth telling candor to my coaching. I have an ability to build trust and safety quickly with clients. One of my strengths is being able to get at the heart of a matter quickly, even when an issue appears to be something else. My intuition and experience allow me to see what is not visible or obvious.
My nature is open and easy going; my coaching style is deeply respectful and direct. This style creates an environment in which clients can speak their truth and receive feedback that they wouldn’t hear from others.
I believe that healing comes from within my clients; I simply facilitate the process. My role is to provide the environment, method, encouragement and accountability for getting clarity on core issues, committing to a new life plan, and then living out that plan.

When I decide to become a Life coach in 2003 I shared the idea with some lifelong friends, their response was “That does not surprise us, you have been coaching us since 8th grade.” I guess that says it all; since I can remember I have always gravitated towards self reflection, personal development and helping others.
With over 1,500 hours of coaching I've coached a lot of people from all walks of life including stay-at-home moms, authors, coaches, teens, single dads, executives, business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Clients say I understand their challenges and issues quickly and that I speak the truth in a way they can hear and give them a sense of being bigger than their problems or challenges. I remind them of the bigger picture and purpose behind the work they are doing personally or professionally.
.edu-knowledge
I received my coaching education from the Coaches Training Institute in 2003. Since then, I have coached hundreds of individuals in one-on-one sessions and created and facilitated many workshops and training sessions for personal and professional development.
I have been certified in a number of personal and professional training models:
.biz
My coaching and consulting practice evolved naturally from my role as an advisor and consultant in business. For more than 13 years I owned and operated GreenSpot, Inc., a full services marketing and advertising agency. I acted as an advisor and business strategist to hundreds of companies, their owners, and management teams.
.soul
My spiritual experience began with the church my family attended. As a child, I sensed that all the fear, sin, hell and separation was not the truth of what God was. As an adult having studied and experienced other religions and spiritual paths, I believe all roads lead back to the same creative force in the universe we call God.
My deeper spiritual growth and transformation took place in the late 1990’s with the death of my father and the unexpected end of my first marriage. It was here that my inward journey of healing and awakening began.
Today, my spiritual connection feeds and guides me as I move through a busy and full life as a father, husband, business owner and transformational coach.
.personal
My greatest joy in life is being the father to my son, Grant. My wife, Kristen, and I have been together since 2004. Our other three children (cats) are Tommy, Joe and Princess.
My interests are: golf as a spiritual practice (crazy about it), reading, history and being in nature. My daily spiritual practice includes prayer, meditation, journaling, self reflection and feedback from my circle of trust.
.connect
If you sense that we should meet and that I may be a good fit to serve and support you on your path, please call me. I welcome the opportunity.
